Anna Hudson is a singer, songwriter, and producer born and raised in the perfectly small town of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Hudson draws inspiration from the vast amount of musical influences of the North Carolinian music scene, unafraid to immerse herself in different soundscapes such as indie folk, rock, and soul. Hudson is currently a junior at Berklee College of Music in Boston, studying production, songwriting, and music business.

Her songs are crafted with rich imagery and a hint of nostalgia. Her voice is moving and intense. Often standing alone on a large stage with just a baby blue telecaster and some nervous banter, Leah Lawson’s presence captivates.

Growing up in Florida, Lawson was homeschooled throughout her formative years and raised in a sheltered, evangelical Christian home. Music became Lawson’s conduit to reckon with her religious trauma and faith deconstruction, in addition to the universal feelings of longing, loss, and love we all share. The raw, intimate, and candid way Lawson writes makes you feel like you’re overhearing an intimate conversation between close friends.

With her delicate vocals accompanied by her folky guitar stylings Lawson transports the listener to a place of comfort; like a trusted confidant simply responding, “Me, too.” “I think when you grow up the way I did, immersed in the evangelical church, and then you decide to leave that life behind, it can feel really isolating and people may not understand,” says Lawson. “I want others to feel validated in that it’s okay to explore life beyond what you were taught and what you used to believe. I want people to know they aren’t alone and it’s okay to be honest with yourself.”

After spending several years living in Nashville, TN, Lawson is currently residing in Asheville, NC, and preparing to release her debut album, Flood House. The album was recorded at Way Out Studios in Seattle, WA, and produced by Trevor Spencer. Flood House will be released on September 16, 2022, and available for streaming/download on all major music platforms.

My music lives somewhere in the world of “alternative Singer-Songwriter”. I'm drawn to lush instrumentation, big melodies and philosophical, melancholic lyric themes that always seem to come back in some way to the human condition. I try to cram huge existential ideas into small songs that I hope will connect with everyone. My hope is that they would make you feel deeply and provide a soundtrack for good days and for bad days equally.

The Collection derives an inimitable musical language from the unbreakable bond between its members. Fronted by David Wimbish, the Saxapahaw, NC-based band places just as much emphasis on interpersonal community and relationships as it does on the music itself. Theirs isn’t an overnight success story. They have generated tens of millions of streams, logged tens of thousands of miles on the road, earned praise from American Songwriter, Glide, Parade, and more, and landed on NPR Tiny Desk Judges’ Picks - all before signing their first record deal with Nettwerk Music Group in 2022. The Collection have developed a devout fanbase thanks in part to their renowned raucous and rowdy performances. They have lit up festival stages and crisscrossed the country with The Oh Hellos, RIPE, Tall Heights, and Sammy Rae & The Friends, to name a few. “I hope you feel validated and empowered when you listen to us,” Says lead singer David Wimbish “We have a community with each other in this band, but everyone who comes to see us or listens is part of that family. It’s all about strengthening those relationships. We’re here for you.”

Born in Florida and raised in the small town of Blacksburg, SC, Thomas blends the organic textures of his roots with ethereal textures and nuances.

He is just as at home as a minimalist as he is in soaring choruses and driven guitars.

LaVine is a songwriter who loves using captivating metaphors to convey honest emotional ideas.

He has been playing music for his whole life and started to write songs when he was about 16 years old.

He took influences from a wide variety of bands and artists from classics like John Denver to modern favorites such as Andrew Belle and Noah Gundersen.

He has developed a unique and authentic style that creates a space for emotion and honesty to take shape in a new way.
