Through this video, you will discover an artist with a unique style. And on that point alone, he scores a point.
The Yamaha keyboard from the 70s that appears in the video is bound to bring back memories for the creator of Music For Your Heart since he learned to play the piano on it when he was 2 years old.
Michael Thomas has been creating songs where music and lyrics collide to create unique sonic worlds ever since he moved to London three years ago. The Australian-born artist offers us this delightful stroll through the streets of London, culminating in a forest setting.
The idea behind the song is simply to remember where wild and natural things are found, and that not everything is accessible in our modern cities. The video design is truly original, superimposing elements of natural landscapes onto city center facades, and even onto Big Ben.
“I want to go where things are natural. I know a place, not far from here.”
And we find Michael in the middle of the forest with his keyboard. And we completely share his point of view.
Nature still has so much to offer us. It is up to each of us to act to save it, because the process of destruction is already well underway.
