And here is your perfect winter song, to enjoy by the fireplace, with the cold returning these days! And a track called “Mountains” could not have been more fitting.
The song was written when Okay Mann’s traveled to France, to Chamonix to be exact.
During that trip, he broke up with his girlfriend, and they decided to continue their journey anyway, but as friends.
“So instead, I look at the mountains,” he says. Somewhat confused and mixed feelings, that is exactly what the song perfectly captures.
No unnecessary explosion of instruments, just a small electric guitar and a perfectly placed voice.
There is only one thing we regret: it was too short.
