If you've lost someone you love recently, and you feel like you see that person everywhere, this song is going to speak to you as a good friend would.

Tall Heights are from Boston and have been best friends for a long time. Paul and Tim share an unconditional love for music, and their chemistry is perfect. Every song is a gem and a masterpiece, and some of their tracks have tens of millions of streams on Spotify. It is not a coincidence. The quality is there.

It was therefore unthinkable that we would miss their latest single "The Mountain", which combines a moving melancholy and a luminous and poetic message. I myself recently lost a loved one and was able to relate to this song quite easily.

Just close your eyes and imagine these mountains. The effect is guaranteed. Very colorful, and focused on nature, the song takes us to the depths of our saddest thoughts after the loss of a loved one.

The vocal harmonies are divine and will make you soar like never before.

A little musical gem to put between all ears who know how to feel strong emotions.

Added to our Main Spotify Playlist, our "Without You" playlist, and played daily on Indie Music Center's Radio.

Lyrics

You always loved that mountain,

so honey that’s where you’ll go.

Not trying to be morbid,

but at the end of your road,

if you go somewhere else before I do,

I’ll be looking out at the mountain, honey,

I’ll be making eyes at you.

Making eyes at you.

I’ll talk to you in the evening

when the air is still and sweet.

I’ll talk to you in the morning

when the sun climbs over the peak.

If your body leaves me

before mine leaves you,

I’ll be looking out at the mountain, honey,

I’ll be making eyes at you.

Making eyes at you.

I don’t need heaven sent

or a wish in the well.

Not trying to live forever,

to me that sounds like hell,

‘cause we got a moment here,

can you see the view?

I’ll be looking out at the mountain, honey,

I’ll be making eyes at you.

Making eyes at you.
