Native Language’s Story
Consisting of husband and wife duo Michael and Jennifer Weber and their brother Stephen Froula, Chicago-based Native Language fuses together elements of minimalist folk and indie rock, creating a sound that is simultaneously discreet and direct, ambient and attention-grabbing. Inspired by the likes of The Decemberists, The Civil Wars and Radical Face, their music is characterized by intimate vocal harmonies and lush instrumental colors.
