amilost

amilost are a Scottish/Norwegian alt-pop duo based in London, crafting a world that lives somewhere between raw intensity and ethereal beauty. Since debuting with Pillowside in 2023 via MADE Records, the band have steadily built a devoted following across the Nordics and the UK, earning radio support, Spotify editorial placements, BBC Introducing praise, and appearances at by:Larm and Eurosonic.

Following their signing to Stockholm tastemaker label Icons Creating Evil Art, amilost began pushing into darker, more explosive territory — blending grunge-soaked guitars, driving drums, and cinematic atmospheres with deeply vulnerable songwriting. Singles like Haunted and Tiny War marked a turning point for the duo, with Tiny War finding viral momentum online and reaching 25 million listeners worldwide and growing.

At the heart of amilost is emotional honesty: songs born from isolation, longing, and quiet devastation, transformed into something huge, intimate, and euphoric. Pain and loneliness may be the starting point — but catharsis is always the destination.
