Nü Fiona
Nü Fiona’s Story
The Swedish indie-folk quartet Nü Fiona is creating a colorful and dramatic scenery of sound, out of songs that were written on different street corners, mountaintops and abandoned buildings all over the world.
During the years the songwriter and lead vocalist/guitarist Izabelle Noren spent as a travelling vagabond, she has written material inspired from the different places, emotions and at times extreme situations that she has experienced. This really shines through in all of the songs on their EP "Desert Dandelion"
that was released in February 2020. The theme continues but gets a bit mor fine tuned on their 2nd Ep "For the ones I love" (2021).
Nü Fiona was formed in 2017 but the members have known each other for more than ten years. Their playful friendship and deep connection become obvious to the audience by the captivating energy that arises as they perform together.
