Robert Taira Wilson’s Story
The Robert Taira Wilson [Band] is an international group of musicians based in Tokyo, Japan. Formed in 2024, their music is inspired by acts like REM, Jeff Buckley, Vampire Weekend and King Crimson. All of which have helped cultivate a sound which incorporates folk, alternative-pop and hard rock. Calm and intimate sections will soothe your soul, for you to be thrown into a maelstrom of chaos and power moments later. Lyrics speak of the unresolved nature of the human experience and the contradictory state of the human mind. Through their lens, you encounter a complex take on love, loss, and the beauty of life.
May 2025 - 「Feel The Rain」is their debut album, consisting of 10 new songs - Out Now to stream and download on all platforms.
