War is Over - Over the Wall

November 20, 2020

It had been a long, long time since we had a good dose of folk sound with a fast pace, in Mumford & Sons style. Fortunately, War is Over gives us on Monday all the energy we need to start the week in a powerful way. With the tough times we're all going through, we definitely need motivation. And it seems like 'Over the Wall' is the perfect folk anthem we've been waiting. Banjo, sublimely mastered voices, an incredibly advanced production, and above all, an overflowing energy with a very catchy melody, here is the energetic cocktail offered by this duo from the suburbs of Chicago. Also, don't hesitate to browse their Spotify to find other nuggets, like 'Don't Bring Me Back' or 'Angelica's Room' which have each collected more than 500K streams.  Included in our "Indie Folk" playlist, and of course, you will now hear this amazing track on the Indie Music Radio.

War is over's point of view :

We just thought the world needed more songs like this right now :)
