Cabins and sheds seem to be great places to make music. Thomas LaVine has his own cabin in his garden where he does everything from writing to recording and producing. Allison Leah wrote most of her next EP in a cabin in the woods. Let's continue exploring those small spaces that give birth to big things.
It's in the English countryside that you can meet Dillon Thomas, who releases music under the name Brown Bear Collective. And he also has a garden shed in which his creativity comes to life.
However, the artist is not totally disconnected from the outside world, and fortunately. Because it is thanks to WhatsApp that "Fever" was born. A lovely collab with Lisa Marie Kämpf, the song is a melancholic folk ballad that will help you navigate the transition from a very hot summer to a cooler fall ahead.
If you feel like your life is stuck in an unavoidable routine and you need a change of scenery, "Fever" is for you. The voices of the two artists blend together wonderfully in sumptuous vocal harmonies. The melody, very light at first, turns out to be incredibly catchy and will end up haunting your thoughts for hours.
What if Lisa was part of the creation process in the next releases of Brown Bear Collective? Not impossible, according to the artist, and we hope to hear more little gems like "Fever" in the future.
