If you like "big" or "heavy" voices, loud, and with a strong vocal identity, much like George Ezra, you are going to love James Goodwin's voice. From the first seconds, he takes us and takes us into his world. The difference with George Ezra's voice is that James is even more comfortable switching between tones. Biography :
James Goodwin hailed from rural South Wales where he carved out his own style and musical persona reminiscent of Tom Grennan, Lewis Capaldi and George Ezra. James’ sound is centred around upbeat contagious indie pop. James gained invaluable experience gigging around his local area through his teenage years in pubs, small venues and festivals until he decided it was time to move to London to pursue a career in Music. Recently James collaborated with Will Rumens and Horizon Blue to write and produce the song “ALIVE” which was released under Soave Records. James garnered ample industry attention when collaborating with Will Rumens and Horizon Blue on “ALIVE”. Released under Soave Records, James managed to rack up over 50,000 streams in the first week of release. After having a great response with “ALIVE” James is anticipating the release of his new debut single “AWARE” produced by Jordan Timms (You Me At 6/ Dermot Kennedy) and mastered by Chris Gehringer (Drake/Rihanna/Lady Gaga). James is working closely with his manager Charlotte Fraser and Underground Sound to put a tour together for 2021 to promote his new releases as well as develop his national presence.
