Aaron Alan Mitchell, aka The Brush, from L.A., describes himself as a film-making musician.
And he keeps his promises. In "Where", the artist wonders about the place: "I don't know where I go".
A song with mysterious but colorful facets, which is gradually gaining power until a divine instrumental finale, reminiscent of the excellent "Lucky Boy" by the Canadian band In-Flight Safety.
Psychedelic rock, which makes you dream and hover, here is what awaits you in "Where", where the magic operates as soon as you close your eyes.
From the first notes, the voice carries us away, in an indescribable shiver.
Indeed, at ease in all tones, and mastered to perfection, it delivers packets of emotions every second.
A rather dark text but very well highlighted by a well thought out, neat, and addictive melody.
The chorus will stay in your mind for hours. And that is a pretty good sign!
Special mention for the video, also neat, and shot in Paris with a good old Super 8mm, helped by her friend Nina Badoux.
A song that invites you to explode the "Replay" button.
And this is another gem that you will find in our February 2020 Spotify Playlist.
