Lucie Glang comes from Germany and her music sometimes causes complaints from her neighbors. I would just say you should change your neighbors. Because their ears are blocked. The last time I heard such a voice, it was with the French duo Bon Air and the voice of Gaetanne Abrial, in concert, a few years ago. Suffice to say that Lucie's voice pleasantly surprised me from the first notes.
Lucie is like a fairy that will bewitch you in a few words. And we will not hide it: "Visions" is a jewel of writing. Very well written, perfectly produced, the young singer who hardly dared to release her songs publicly convinced us after a chorus.
There is something innate about Lucie. As if she had been doing this for 40 years, with honesty and sincerity ... Except that she is only 23 years old.
The music video is simple, sober, and made of memories of Lucie and her friends. Yes, simple, but effective, just as much as the song.
We can say that the artist has succeeded in creating a whole universe, both musical and visual.
If you love First Aid Kid, you will love Lucie Glang. On our side, we are already on our knees.

Lyrics
No need to sleep
How do I breathe
When it’s all unknown
Repeat, repeat
My eyes won‘t
That I’m on my own
Cause it’s all unknown
Is this what we’re running from
Holding dust before it’s gone
Searching to find
That we’re nothing in time
Guided by whoever took our pride
Now it’s gone
Cry for home
Somewhere you’ve never belonged
Using our youth
We become more immune
To who we really are
Simply playing our parts
Hiding from time
Hiding somewhere behind
these excuses for my
Fading visons of Life
Adding up new breaking parts
cause it’s all I’ve known
Spin in circles to escape the dark
Is this all I own
Are we on our own
Losing our youth
Trying to shelter from who
Life would turn me into
Not enough time to choose
Hiding from time
Hiding somewhere behind
these excuses for my
Fading visions of life
Wondering when
Is it all gonna end
Soon it all will be gone
Before it’s even begun
Silently fades
Into ashes and days
Turn to months
Turn to years
And regret‘s left of fear
Losing our youth
Trying to shelter from who
Life would turn us into
Not enough time to choose
Hiding from time
Hiding somewhere behind
these excuses for my
Fading visions of life
Hiding from time
Hiding somewhere behind
these excuses for my
Fading visions of life
Hiding from time
Hiding somewhere behind
these excuses for my
