Here is the most featured artist on our platform: The Satellite Station. With this song, the artist reach the 10h feature in-a-row. And what a track! Even though we're not going to hide that Travis is one of our favourite singer-songrwriters of all time, we must admit that this one is really breathtaking. His writing is even more powerful than usual in this track. It talks to your heart, directly. This is probably the most beautiful track we've heard so far, this year. Well, even if, at first, we didn't really know who the recipient of the message was, we would all like to receive words like these. Then knowing about the story behind the song (see below), makes us think that our artist is just a genius. Just a little warning. If you're going to listen to this song with headphones, closing your eyes, you may you might have the same surprise as us: a falling tear. We already knew that this voice could warm our hearts, but combined with a powerful melody, strong in emotion, which gives chills, the emotional impact is huge. When we hear that kind of masterpiece, we only want one thing: defend indie artists for decades.

The Satellite Station's point of view:

At first, I wrote this song, thinking about a Jewish couple in hiding, during World War II. But it prefer to let people make their own interpretation of the meaning. And surprisingly, I realized that it could also be about the times we're all living in now.

Lyrics:

Whispers in the wind, fires in the street
Echoes of a sound, falling underneath
Running scared, shut it down, lock it up, be prepared
Quiet now, not a sound, what if they hear?

Every little work, every little spark
I seee it in their eyes, it's falling from their tongues
Hold me close, breathing slow, racing heart, laying low
Tell me when will the world, make sense again?

Ooooo is this the end?
Ooooo is this the end?

And I just want you to know that I'll love you forever
No matter where this train may go we will go there together
And I just want you to know that I'll be your shelter
As long as my lungs still hold air I will hold you forever

What do we do know? Where is it we'll go?
Footsteps up above, shaking down below
Panic spreads, is it real? I don't know what to feel
I can't take anymore, now I hear them...

Knocking on the doors, breaking down the walls
Loading up their cars, silencing our calls
How is this happening? Why won't they say something?
Push us in, lock the door, what can we do?

Ooooo is this the end?
Ooooo is this the end?

And I just want you to know that I'll love you forever
No matter where this train may go we will go there together
And I just want you to know that I'll be your shelter
As long as my lungs still hold air I will hold you forever

I don't wanna fall, I don't wanna fall asleep
Cause I don't know what I'll find when I wake up in the morning
I don't wanna fall, I don't wanna fall asleep
Cause I don't know what I'll find when I wake up in the morning

And I just want you to know that I'll love you forever
No matter where this train may go we will go there together
And I just want you to know that I'll be your shelter
As long as my lungs still hold air I will hold you forever
And I just want you to know that I'll love you forever
No matter where this train may go we will go there together
And I just want you to know that I'll be your shelter
As long as my lungs still hold air I will hold you forever
