Martin Harich’s Story
Martin Harich is an indie-pop songwriter, producer, and avid long-distance walker who has been a staple of the European music scene since 2011. Delivering high-end indie-folk with the soul of a busker and the precision of a producer, Martin blends organic, analog sounds, feat. his signature acoustic guitar, piano, and foot-percussion into a captivating live experience.
From earning Simon Cowell’s praise in London and representing his country at the 2024 Paris Olympics, to winning the Europa 2 "Song of the Year," Martin has built a reputation as a relentless and authentic performer. Playing over 80 shows a year (and surpassing 1000 total performances), he never misses a beat or a booking.
His passion for street music frequently takes him busking across the USA and Europe. An adventurer at heart, Martin draws profound inspiration from the road. He has walked the Camino de Santiago four times and composed his recent Slovak single, "Jazyk za zubami", while solo trekking the GR-131 across all Canary Islands.
With 7 albums under his belt, his recent work includes collaborative pop singles like Starlight and Runway, as well as producing the special vinyl edition of war poems "Karol Pajer – Utajený hrdina". Operating out of his own studio in central Slovakia, Martin is currently preparing a brand-new full-length Slovak studio album and an accompanying concert tour.
